SceneAroundTown..... Stellar Re-Animator The Musical Premiere at The Hayworth... A Great Visit To S.A.S. Movie Studios... Bridget Nielsen's Beautiful Art .... HH(:

Opening Nite of "Re-Animator The Musical"  in it's new location at The Hayworth was great!  This highly entertaining  award winning musical directed by Stuart Gordon delivers the laughs, the songs, the voices and the gore via a very talented cast which also features "Cheers" star George Wendt.    Hint...  if you want to avoid being splattered with something red avoid the first 4 rows...  ha ha...   or bring an umbrella!  Ardent followers of the show arrive in medical themed costumes and obviously don't mind...  The play is based on the 1985 film H.P. Lovecraft's Re-Animator also directed by Gordon.  For more information visit www.Plays411.com/reanimator .  A really fun nite out!

Movie producer Shawn A Sequeira  hosted a terrific Student Outreach For Entertainment Event at  S.A.S. downtown recently.  Special guests from Josiah Bruny's  Music Changing Lives Foundation toured the studio along with young professional actors & actresses and were mentored by entertainment leaders.  S.A.S. believes that experiencing movie magic will inspire at-risk youth to dream big and pursue a career in the area of their passion.  Special thanks to Charmaine Blake for the invitation - it was a very enjoyable & inspiring event...  HH(:
