What can I say... this has to be the funniest show in town so next time it's playing get tickets right away! It's hysterically funny! This version of "Celebrity Autobiography" was called "Celebrity Autobiography: The Music Edition" for a special one nite performance, fittingly at the very cool Grammy Museum downtown. The concept was created originally by Emmy nominated writer-performer Eugene Pack and developed with his favorite leading lady Dayle Reyfel, an old friend of mine. I cracked up years ago at early readings and at this one I was just about rolling in the aisles! The show consists of jaw-dropping vignettes inspired and torn straight from the pages of the most unforgettable music-themed tell alls from the likes of Barbra Streisand, Dolly Parton, Diana Ross, Tommy Lee, Celine Dion, Madonna, Kenny Loggins, Miley Cyrus, Ethel Merman, Destiny's Child, David Cassidy, Justin Bieber and David Hasselhoffs Broadway exploits - OMG! The Music Edition featured the stellar talents of Roger Bart, Illeana Douglas, Will Forte, Lainie Kazan, Laraine Newman, Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel, Jonathan Silverman, Fred Willard and Rita Wilson. An amazingingly star-studded talented and colorful cast and a terrific nite of entertainment.... HH(:
