I recently attended the 6th annual Easter Brunch at Duke's in Malibu hosted by Safety Harbor Kids - www.SafetyHarborKids.org - Safety Harbor Kids "SHK" was founded in 2007 for the purpose of enriching the lives of orphans, foster & homeless children through education in the areas of college, career and the arts. SHK was founded by John Williams - a parentless child himself. Saturday's Easter brunch was also known as 6th annual Etiquette & Manners event. The organization has helped 2,000 orphans, foster and homeless children overcome their fears, express themselves thru art & music & learning they can accomplish their goals and dreams. 350 children a year are provided with college, career, music, art & mentor programs.
